That's what I'm gonna do.
Today I've had one of the best meals of my life - not the best quality, thoughm but still - it was tasty, but too sweet, too heavy for my stomach and I'm suffering right now, to be honest.
But, all the good things must come to an end.
There's no way someone as fat as I am will ever make any progress in life. Right?
So starting tomorrow (I planned on doing that tonight, but oh well, screw it) I'm going to try to stick to a new plan:
1) No sugar in tea (which is not that hard, since I've already been doing that for a couple of months now)
2) No snacks in between meals - only healthy snacks like fruit/vegetables, nuts (if I have money to buy it though), crisp breads, etc.
3) No eating after coming back from work - again only fruit/preferably vegetables, anything made of fermented milk
4) No pitying myself and giving in at the firs thought about chocolate
5) Following up the new rule - 6 days without sweet treats, on 7th day it's allowed to buy something unhealthy and pricey
6) Trying to decrease the amoun of meat in everyday meals. Three time a week only, for example. But this is going to be the hardest
7) Trying to start every morning with a short warm-up and see if it pays off anyhow
8) Trying to monitor and reflect on the daily meals, write down every misstep and success
